8 dogs

Our journey into the wonderful world of dogs began with a Border Collie with attitude, a delinquent old Doberman and a rescue Border Collie. They were all in need of training so we joined a local dog training club. From there we began training for obedience competition and agility.

For several years we assisted a local Border Collie Rescue rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming countless dogs. Ann Allen ran this rescue and she had these hairy howling beasts too - Alaskan Malamutes.

Slowly through going to dog shows with Ann these monsters started to worm their way into our hearts!!

We had our first Malamute from rescue in 1996, sadly this did not work out due to the dogs’ health issues, and so we waited patiently for a house move and the right litter to come along...........

Our peace was shattered in 2000 when Isis came home!!

We now have 4 Border Collies and 4 Alaskan Malamutes who share our lives along with 3 cats and several chickens!!

We have spent many years learning about our dogs and their breed characteristics.

Through careful selection we will maintain and improve, when required on type and conformation yet retain the enthusiasm, temperament and motivation needed for these working breeds.

All our dogs are KC registered, the Border Collies are also International Sheep Dog Society (ISDS) registered.

We carry out all the available health checks on each breed and certificates are available for prospective puppy owners to view.

Carol is an Approved Dog Training Instructor with the Academy of Dog Training and Behaviour (ADTB) and is currently undertaking a series of CAP (Clicker Assessment Program) tests with Kay Laurence of Learning About Dogs having passed CAP1 & CAP2 with Distinctions.

She is one of the founders of CleverClix a small training club based in Ormesby, Norfolk.
